In 1999, the lawyer Bodo Blanke initially started as a partner at AlphaManagement. In this function, he also carried out change projects as an interim manager. In 2001 he became managing director and shareholder.
2004, together with partners from the UK, France and Italy, he founded SeniorManagementWorldwide (SMW) with today 18 partners around the globe. After all, he is the legal director of the Interim Management Providers Association (AIMP) working group.
Since 2011, Bodo Blanke has been leading the jury for the Interim Managers of the Year, which will each be presented at the annual AIMP forum. For 20 years, he has been successfully building projects for his clients with top interim managers from the AlphaCommunity, which he meets regularly in person.
Coordinating partner for our tasks and projects at Brazil is Peter Roebel. After successfully managing various restructuring projects, he founded his company „Business Improvement Partner“in 2004. Peter provides long lasting experiences in manifold sectors of the automotive industry having them gained at BOSCH, RENAULT, FTE Automotive, CAA AG and other medium sized enterprises – Europe, North-/South America and India – doing engineering, production or sales & distribution. With his special focus on restructuring, re-organization as well as on business development, Peter is our expert for staffing projects with local experts in Brazil. Fluently speaking five languages, he is well familiar with all kind of business challenges coming along with local engagements in such countries by foreign investors.
Olivier Spire in an engineer, a graduate in Economics and industrial engineering and a PhD in management .
After a long career as an entrepreneur and a corporate manager specialized in Engineering & Consulting in France and the USA, he founded ProCadres International in 1996– leading it as the CEO. In this role he grew the company to a leader in the French market for executive search and Interim Management services. In 2012 he joined “Managers50” leading this enterprise as the president.
Arjen Jaarsma started his career as a teacher (educational seminary at the University of Amsterdam), followed by additional studies i.e. Human Resources Management and Business Administration.
After a successful career in several international businesses (service industry), Arjen worked in the Interim Management Industry managing “de Roo Management & Advies” for many years.
Until today he loves to work as an Interim Manager within projects in reorganization / merger / change management combined with challenging leadership tasks.
